What we collect

• Account details: your email address, name and optional phone number, and how you sign in (Google or email and password).
• Connected trading accounts: MT5 login number, server name, broker and a name you choose. Your trading password is stored encrypted in Google Secret Manager; it is never stored in our database and never shown again.
• Trading activity: balances, equity, open positions, closed trades and the settings you choose, so the app can show them and run what you switch on.
• Wallet and orders: top-ups, plan payments, renewals, refunds and withdrawal requests, including the USDT address you give for a withdrawal. Plan payments: your payment requests and references, the transaction ID you give us, and what you share with our team on WhatsApp or Telegram to arrange a payment.
• Technical data: basic service logs such as request times and errors, kept to run and secure the service.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: sign-in, connecting your accounts, running strategies and tools, plans and the wallet.
• To support you, prevent misuse and keep the service secure.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Google Cloud and Firebase. The main database is in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region. Trading passwords are held in Google Secret Manager.

Who can see it

The TradeShot AI team can see your profile, connected account details (not your password), plan status, wallet records and withdrawal requests in order to support you and process top-ups and withdrawals. Our service providers (Google Cloud and Firebase) process data on our behalf. When you pay online in crypto, our payment provider NOWPayments receives the plan, amount and payment reference and processes your payment under its own terms; we receive its payment status, never your wallet keys. We share data with others only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you remove a connected account, its stored trading password is deleted. Wallet and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies and storage

We use only what the service needs: sign-in storage from Firebase and small browser settings such as your chosen theme. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can update your name and phone number in Settings, and remove connected accounts at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact the TradeShot AI team using the support details in the app under Settings → Support.

Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
